The silliest woman can manage a clever man; but it needs a very clever woman to manage a fool.
Rudyard Kipling
Kipling's paradox is complimentary to women and feminists who abhor the English discourse in history as "his story" .

There were times in Ukraine’s recent history when even the country’s military brass were kneeling before the U.S. Literally. In June 2013, then-U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine John Tefft received the saber of the Ukrainian Cossack in the city of Kherson from a kneeling Ukrainian high-rank military official. Mr. Tefft nowadays is serving the country as an Ambassador to Russia where no such honors are even imaginable.

April 17, 2021 Austin’s paradox executed by Biden: “How to do things with words” – Biden slammed sanctions on Russia for its bad behaviour, but…
The US President did however call for unity, insisting that Washington is willing to work with Moscow.
He said: "Now is the time to deescalate through thoughtful dialogue.
"The United State is ready to move through that process.
"Where there's an interest for the United States to work with Russia, we should and we will."

While considered taboo, swearwords shouldn’t necessarily be excised from personal or even public discourse.Trump himself is a famous swearer, having used a vulgarity to address the Chinese, arguing that the best way to deal with the Islamic State militant group was to “bomb the s--- out of them” and, of course, revealed his fool-proof strategy for seducing women: “Grab ’em by the pussy.” Given all the curses flying, why should anyone be surprised or bothered that Trump called the Democrats’ investigations into him “BULLS---” on Twitter?

Some phrases that are euphemisms in certain contexts can be considered dysphemistic in others. These are often referred to as X-phemisms: whether the utterance is dysphemistic or not depending on the context of the utterance. For example, many X-phemisms regarding sexual intercourse could be considered euphemistic within peer groups yet dysphemistic in certain audiences. One might be more likely to say that one "got laid" to a friend than to one's grandparents. There may also be instances in which conflicting definitions of the same word may lead to unintentional dysphemism. The pejorative use of the word terrorist is a salient example, as definitions of the word terrorist may vary across cultures and even within individuals in the same culture.
Typically the word "terrorist" refers to one who uses violence and fear as a means to pursue political, religious or ideological aims. This definition is ambiguous, and many groups that refer to themselves as "freedom fighters", "revolutionaries", "rebels" or "liberators" are referred to as "terrorists" by dissenting parties.[10] Labeling groups as terrorist draws associations with other groups labeled as such even when no direct connection might be present. In 2003, the Philippine government's intention to label the Moro Islamic Liberation Front as a terrorist organization was indicated by the organization to be an escalation of hostilities.

I’ve been hearing screeds about the coarsening of American discourse my whole life, and while I agree that it’s ugly out there, some of the changes have been positive — even liberating. In 1986, I used the word “vagina” in a newspaper column about teaching little girls the names of their body parts. My mother was horrified. When I asked what I should have used instead, she said, “Down there.” https://www.wbur.org/cognoscenti/2018/01/17/vulgar-language-president-trump-anita-diamant

The White House has imposed a sanctions package on Russian officials and expelled several Russian diplomats; the Kremlin has responded with the expulsion of American diplomats and severely restricted whom the U.S. Embassy in Moscow can hire. Biden also recently agreed that Putin was a “killer”; Putin responded by ominously wishing Biden “good health.”

John Falstaff – antonomasia, a cultural symbol, a charismatic drunk of a hero
There may be Shakespeare characters who are more celebrated, or whose tragedies are grander, but perhaps none is as easy to empathise with as John Falstaff, the portly knight of Henry IV and The Merry Wives of Windsor. John Falstaff, that charismatic drunk, who lodges at the Boar's Head Tavern and keeps company with Prince Henry, aka Hal, soon to be Henry V; the chaotic old man who distracts the young prince from his more serious business of becoming king.
