Mr. Hans Brand

Dear Sir :

The recent tragedy has raised the question of your company's concern for the life and health of our people. There can be no other explanation than gross negligence and total unconcern. When we originally established our business relationship, you assured me that everything would be done to ensure that such a tragedy, which has now occurred, would not occur. It appears that you did not even install an early warning system in our plant, as you have done in your Swiss plant. I can only interpret this as a total disregard for our people and a denial of everything we were promised during our original negotiations.

I cannot describe the suffering that your company's negligence has caused the local population and the effects this negligence will have for generations. We expect that the people involved be compensated for their suffering. The Indian government will hold you totally responsible for the suffering and damage, which is a result of your negligence. Furthermore, our lawyers will contact you in the course of next month.

Yours faithfully,

S. M. Singh

S. M. Singh,
Minister of Commerce

Administration of Avrora shopping mall
Sobonrnyi avenue, 85

Dear Sir/Madam,
After the tragedy in Kemerovo, i questioned about your fire safety policy.
I have noticed that there are neither extra exits nor any other Fire Safety Threats. The great number of evacuation exits are locked or stalled.

Most fires are preventable. Those responsible for workplaces and other buildings to which the public have access can avoid them by taking responsibility for and adopting the right behaviours and procedures.

Your must carry out a fire safety risk assessment and keep it up to date. This shares the same approach as health and safety risk assessments and can be carried out either as part of an overall risk assessment or as a separate exercise. As the administration your need to ensure that adequate and appropriate fire safety measures are in place to minimized the risk of injury or loss of life in the event of a fire.
Next measures are the must for any buildin with such number of attendance.
  • Carry out a fire safety risk assessment
  • Keep sources of ignition and flammable substances apart
  • Avoid accidental fires, eg make sure heaters cannot be knocked over
  • Ensure good housekeeping at all times, eg avoid build-up of rubbish that could burn
  • Consider how to detect fires and how to warn people quickly if they start, eg installing smoke alarms and fire alarms or bells
  • Have the correct fire-fighting equipment for putting a fire out quickly
  • Keep fire exits and escape routes clearly marked and unobstructed at all times
  • Ensure your workers receive appropriate training on procedures they need to follow, including fire drills
  • Review and update your risk assessment regularly.

i Hope, you will take with responsibility all flaws which i have mentioned and do everything i order not to admit tragedy.
Sincerely,
 Alex Sharma

Commercial company
"North wind"
United States of America,

Louisiana, New Orleans 124356
04.04.2018

Mr. Brian Jones
Director of the company of deliveries
"Big chose"
United States of America,

Washington, Seattle 125542

The recent situation has raised the question of your company's concern for the life and health of customers. Our company has long been working in a commercial environment. All products has always been fresh, quality and the supply of products has always been at the highest level. But this time the quality of delivery was impermissible, and the fish that was delivered by the employees of your company was dead and not fresh. There can be no other explanation than gross negligence and total unconcern. This situation I can interpret only as a manifestation of your non-professionalism. The actions of your company have violated all standards of storage and transportation of fish.
I can not describe losses we suffered because of this situation and what problems  could people get with their health. This is an unforgivable mistake. Our company is seriously tuned to rescind the contract.  Your company will hold  totally responsible for the  damage. Our lawyers will contact you in the course of next week.

Yours faithfully,
Mr. Jhon Anderson.
